First of all,i would like to tell you that atopic eczema and urticaria are not totally curable.It can be prevented and taken care of though. You have to avoid yourself from getting exposed to dust,pollen and any substance which is allergic to you. During attacks,you can have steroids like deflazacort in appropriate doses and anti-allergic tablets containing fexofenadine and montelukast for the acute and maintenance stage. You can locally apply emollient lotion containing aloe vera and vitamin e which would prevent your skin from drying and in turn it ll reduce your itching and redness. If these measures fail,consult a dermatologist. Take care
