What Is The Treatment For Anal Itching?

Hi I'm 26 and I think I'm suffering with piles but at the moment I am in quite a lot of pain, on inspection of my anus, I seem to have lots of little cuts, also my anus looks a little swollen, it is incredibly itchy. But I also have a lot of the symptoms of ibs, is there a good way of treating this

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hemorrhoid condition then it needs to be managed surgically till then you can try, "Polycresuline cream" and sitz bath, no need to exert any force at the time of defecation hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
