Look, I don't know if this costs, but I don't have any money or insurance. I would simply like to know if is it unsual to have a red spot on the arm near the site of having blood drawn in medical research studies. The spot has been there over a month. It doesn't hurt but it is still red. I'm going back to the doctor to have him to examine it, but based on the information that I have provided, I would like an expert opinion from an independent physician. Thank You.
