hi. i have a hard lump in between my bum cheeks, above my tail bone. its gives me unbearable pain and iv been to the doctors but he just asked me questions, pressed on it with pants over top and said it was my muscles straining or something. but last night the boil started oozing out with puss and blood that really smells and now it wont stop. what is it? and what do i do
