Hello, I have studied your case. I think your wife is having condition which is known as coccydynia. In this condition there is pain in the til bone. I have following suggestions for her. 1.Hot water fomentation by sitting in bath tub. 2.Avoid sitting on hard surface. 3.Sit on ring shape cushion. 4.When you are sleeping try to sleep on one side rather than back. I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
