I've had a dime size pimple like bump on the side of my neck for approx. three weeks. It doubled in size and hurt after I tried to pop it. I have soaked in a tub with epson salt, put tree oil on it with no change. However when I went to my exercise class in a warm pool, it went down slightly and doesn't hurt as much. Do I need to see a doctor or is there an over the counter med that I could use?
