baby born with ambigious genetlia i have a son after 6 yrs of marriage. he is born with ambigious genealia. his kyrotype report shows 46xyqh normal variant. dr..... says he needs to be operated soon. even his height & weight r below the average. now he is 18mths old. pls suggest...... awating ur kind reply & further guidelines in his treatment.

Depending on the anatomical defect or overgrowth needs to be corrected after harmonal evalution and correction. Complete work up details (Karyotyping, ultrasound pelvis, Hormonal assay report) is required to plan the surgery.
