I get a red rash on my lower legs when on my feet after a few hours. my docter said it is cause by bad leg veins leaking under the skin. he told me to wear compression hose and try to stay off my feet. even with hose my legs still get that way, it is very embarrassing to wear shorts or bathing suit. is there anything else i can do? i do have a prescription ointment to use when they get that way.
