HI, I ve been getting bad pins and needles for the last few weeks in my arm, hands, top and bottom of feet, my back occasionally and it s a lot worse than usual. I have Raynaud s which I don t know if it s linked. Most nights recently my whole right arm and hand gets really bad pins & needles. I just want to check how I can stop this from happening as it s getting very uncomfortable now. Should I be worried? Thanks, Chloe
