Hello,

Imferon injections may cause severe pain at injection site. If possible take intravenous iron injections. Use cold compression at the injection site regularly. Use tablet Aceclofenac after food in case if severe pain. If the symptoms have not improved or if you are getting any side effects to the above medication then please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
