What Is The Significance Of Dark Urine While On Clindamycin?
With regard to clindamycin, what is the significance of dark urine? I started 1 week prior to oral surgery (3 extractions and 2 implants) because of pain in cheek and jaw and have continued for another week following surgery. Dosage was increased and Flagyl was added a few days post-op because of continued discomfort.

It is normal to have dark urine after Clindamycin intake as it is having excretion through urine.
Drink plenty of liquids without worry.
