my period date is 18 july but in august i did not get my period then i did my pregnancy test it was positive then i went to hospital and again doctor did the pregnancy test then also got positive result then doctor gave me miprogen200 and bi-folate tablets then today morning some little bit amount of brown colour or little bit red colour material i am thinking it is little bit bleeding i am getting fear because anything happen to my baby please give me good sugestion what is the use of this tablets tell me that anything happens to my baby
