What Is The Remedy For Vaginal Discharge With Abdomen Pain?

I have had vaginal discharge for more than five years now, no kind of treatment seems to be working. Please help. I am 31 years, 5 feet 4 inches tall. The pain radiates to the lower abdomen and back then knees. I have been treated with antibiotics, antifungals pessaries and systemic, nothing working

HI THANKS FOR YOUR QUERY.YOU SEEM TO HAVE EITHER A RESISTANT INFECTION OR A PELVIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASE.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO GET A TRANSVAGINAL TVS ULTRASOUND TO ASSES YOUR INTERNAL GENITALIA ACCURATELY.ALSO GET A HYSTEROSALPINGOGRAPHY HSG TO EVALUATE YOUR FALLOPIAN TUBES TO RULE OUT GENITAL TUBERCULOSIS....TB ENDOMETRIUM CAN CAUSE LONGSTANDING DISCHARGE.THIS CONDITION REQUIRES TREATMENT WITH ANTI TB DRUGS FOR 9 TO 12 MONTHS TO CLEAR INFECTION.OTHER CAUSES WOULD BE ANY TUMORS OF THE GENITAL TRACT .THESE CAN BE RULED ON TVS.CONSULT AN EXPERT GYNAECOLOGIST WITH THE REPORTS.THANK YOU
