Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

At 23, it is not uncommon to have acne. Acne is commonly associated with dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp. Unfortunately sebaceous gland removal is not the treatment for acne, as it is not feasible to remove them from the skin and neither is Laser the treatment for acne. Laser is used mainly for acne scars and marks.

If I was your treating doctor I would have asked you to use a topical antiacne gel like either clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel once or twice daily.

A topical retinoid e,g adapalene or tretinoin should be used once daily at night. It not only exfoliates existing acne but also prevents formation of new comedones/ comedogenesis.

Oral treatment for acne includes oral antibiotics and oral retinoids. Oral antibiotics are mainly given for inflammatory acne whereas oral retinoids for the most severest of acne or acne unresponsive to traditional antiacne medications. I would advice that you see a dermatologist for a proper discussion regarding the best approach for your acne
