What Is The Remedy For The Ingrown Hair And The Pus Has Been Popped?

I have an ingrown hair and it got very big and I put a hot towl on it and it softened up the top. The needle went straight through it "so easy" a lot of puss came out but not all. It didn't go away but got skittle smaller its now as big as a quarter. What should I do now?

Hi,
It seems that there might be abscess formation.
Go for proper dressing with drainage of pus.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
Ok and take care.
