What Is The Remedy For The Bloating In The Stomach And Digestive Problems?

I have now for the last 4 -5 months a very bloated stomach. In the morning it is not so bad. about 30 years ago I was told that in not too distand future to have my gall bladder removed I was 45. So I treated myself in cutting out of fish and chips (Fridays because of my Catholic up bringing) and also Cocacola drinks I did not get many upset after this. I have cut out on any food which is deep fried and I still have my gall bladder. Also I have a very low tolerance to cheese and cream. As I get a very bad rashes from it.I have 2 cups of coffee a day with milk and honey . Last year I had a few stress problems and came back from overseas with a very bad cold which still lingers on every now and then. I went on a course of antibiotic which did not clear this up entirely instead I started to get digestve problems etc. Overall I am pretty fit for my age and keep myself bussy with hobbies etc. I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of bloating for the last 4-5 months, was told in the past to get the gall bladder out but controlled the foods as mentioned by you, have rashes with cheese and cream. Had a stress in the past and the bad cold on returning from abroad still lingers...
Since you are allergic to many a things as mentioned by you, you have to continue to not to take these.
Bloating can be due to many reasons:
Intolerance to certain foods and beverages.
Aerophagia due to stress and anxiety, this is quite common.
Gall stones and pancreatic insufficiency.
Overgrowth of any gas producing bacteria.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Ultrasonography and X-ray of the abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
A course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole can help kill the unwanted bacteria and restoring the normal bacterial flora with pre and probiotics, curds, yogurt.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause such problems.
