General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and understood your concerns.

I highly suggest to get further checked by your doctor or dermatologist to find out the real origin of the brown red spot as soon as possible.

I also advise not to squeeze or massage or apply anything locally until you see your doctor.

You can take acetaminophen for the pain.

Once again, contact your doctor as soon as possible.
