What Is The Recovery Time For Post Concussion Syndrome?

Hi so i have a history of post concussion syndrome (injury happen in 2010), over time i kept thinking the numbness/heavy head/ and headaches will go away. But it s now 2014. Will this go away? it s affecting how i feel every day. some day s it s mild but some other days it s annoyingly heavy on the head. I eat really healthy and do enough exercising so my health is fine. can you please help me

Post concussion syndrome usually last few months. In some patients it can last few years also (no specific time limit). It is due to both brain injury & psychological factors. If pain annoying you, you can start medications like gabapentin/amytriptyline/topiramate.
