What Is The Recommended Diet During Pregnancy?

I am in the seventh month of my pregnancy. I feel lot of tastelessness and some times i get irritated too. I eat but don't feel like eating at times. Please suggest what meals to eat. I really don't take too much salt or spices as I feel they make difficult to sleep and cause acidity.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

There is no specific diet to be followed during a healthy pregnancy, and as you have mentioned no such troubles other than for a slight gastric irritation which again is perfectly normal, I do not see why you cannot eat what you wish to have as long as it is in moderation. Avoid fried/spicy/oily/fatty food and spicy food. Other than this no other specifications in your diet would be required.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
