Hello,

Tingling sensation and numbness may be due to nerve compression or demyelination neuropathy.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what is the cause.

Cervical spondylosis or disc prolapse may lead to nerve root compression and radiating pain.

Get it done cervical X-ray and nerve conduction studies. MRI spine also is useful to locate the where is the compression. Use tablet Pregabalin once daily for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
