Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Passage of green mucus after food indicates that there is a leakage of mucus secondary to sort of colitis or proctitis instigating the reflex passage of mucus.

I would advise you the following in such a situation.
• Send the sample of stool and green mucus for lab tests for 3 days.
• Get the colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen so that the cause of the problem can be found.
Consult a gastroenterologist for second opinion and further management as per the clinical evaluation, examination, and investigation reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
