Hello

As the baby is completely on mother's feed I assume either his age is 11 days/ weeks. The most common cause of loose motion in this age is due to viral infection. The main aim of management is to give adequate amount of fluids to avoid dehydration.Antibiotic is needed only when there are other signs of infection(like pneumonia/meningitis) or stool is mixed with blood or mucus.
If vomiting is persistent and oral acceptance is poor I would suggest you to consult a physician immediately.
Regards
