What Is The Proper Dosage Of Traphic Mf In Case Of Heavy Periods?

My wife is 52 yrs old . she is having irrwgular period and lasts for 10 to13 days since 2 months. Once Gynecologist doctoradvised to take tab, Traphic Mf in case of heavy bleeding. can it be continued if bleeding presents, hoe many tablets per day and for how long can it be taken.

Hello.The maximum allowable dose of Acid Tranexamic is 3000 mg per day.
The drug can be used for a few weeks.
If bleeding does not diminish with maximum dose, consult your Gynecologist.
