my son is 5yrs old having congenital heart defect tricuspid arterisia with hypoplastic rv n had gone through 3step fontan surgery in fortis escort heart institute by dr.k.s.iyer but a new problem has arise his recent eco report is showing increase lvot gradient by 112mmhg doc r suggesting 4 resurgery sir what do u suggest this will be his 4th surgery

Yes LVOT (Left ventricular out Flow Tract) obstruction was defined as a resting LVOT gradient of ≥30 mm Hg.
The severe obstruction defined as ≥50 mm Hg. There is outflow blood restriction is there, your son's LVOT is 112mmhg. Need surgery.
