What Is The Painful Lump On The Heal?
About 5 weeks ago I found a small bump on the bottom outside of my heal where the arch begins. If I pressed on it it hurts, but I don't notice it otherwise. It was there for a week then it developed a black hole in the middle of it but it was very small. I still have it and it still hurts, what could it be?

From history it seems that you might be having corn formation.
Apply corn cap on the corn very tightly and keep it for 5 days.
See that it should remain tight and strictly adhere to the corn, if it becomes loose on wart, you may not get good result.
After 5 days remove corn cap, if corn is half detached then apply another corn cap and keep it for 5 days.
After application of second corn cap wart will come out with corn cap.
