What Is The Painful And Swollen Perinium That Has Extended To Vulva?

Dr,I have a swollen and irritating perinium which has gradually extended to to the lower part of my vulva.its so painful especially when I splash water on it.and for the past few months I've been battling with difficulty in passing out stool.it seems to be hard and dry which most times leads to bleeding.I don't go to the toilet without taking oral laxative to soften my stool.what do I do please?

Thanks for asking the query,

I would suggest you the use of castor oil daily at night 8-10 drops in one cup of water for one month.
Drink plenty of water, liquid juices, guava.
Daily exercise is required and take care that you chew your food properly .
