Hello dear Understand your concern Minor pain and bleeding up to 7 days after surgical abortion is common and its disappear by rest and analgesic if abortion is successful and done by experience hand under aseptic condition. But i think something is abnormal in your case. Following are the causes of your problem: incomplete abortion, perforation of uterus, vaginal/pelvic infection. USG should be done to confirm the above causes. Incomplete abortion and perforation required surgery and infection required antibiotic course. So please consult to your doctor, meanwhile take proper rest and analgesic. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. sagar
