Age-30,Height-5.2,No complication yet.
I am 30 weeks pregnent.Last night I was not able to sleep due to problem in my leg.I felt as if my legs are lifeless and It was a very uncomfortable situation.No swelling in my leg.what can be possible reason?

Is is common and due to calcium deficiency usually so take your calcium tablets regularly and while sleeping keep a pillow beneath your feet while sleeping which will give you enought comfort
