What Is The Normal Blood Pressure Level And Heart Beat Rate?

I m 61 years old . I was working in the yard I got hot was drinking lots of water. Sat down to rest. Went to the restroom. And felt like I was going to pass out. Ran a tub of water and got cooled off daughter brought me some power aid I drank it. Now laying down and checked my blood pressure. It was 95 over 57 and my heart rate was 78 is this a safe a safe BP and heart rate?

Hi, I have gone through your query.Your blood pressure is on the lower side though your pulse rate is normal.Your blood pressure should be in the range of 120/80 to 130/80.
