What Is The Normal Blood Pressure And Heart Rate?

I am a 59 year old female with good health. I take no medications. However, I teach school and since it went back last month I have not walked. My blood pressure is 158/97 with a heart rate of 82. Should I be concerned or just get back to walking?

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is data red during the exercise or immediately after the exercise then this is the normal reading such blood pressure 158/97 may be normal one during or immediately exercise, this could be exercise induced BP and Pulse rate, in my opinion stress test need to be done, this would rule out the underlying possibility of heat disease, hope this helps.
