hi... i m aseel from jordan , we're doing a research about the treatment of gigantism and i was wondering since you are an experienced doctor if a patient come to you with this condition ,what do you think is the most effective treatment from your experience !???

In my opinion and from my practice, the most effective and the first line of treatment should be of course the surgical removal of the pituitary tumor (as the most common cause of gigantism), associated with octreotid injections after surgery.
