General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected sir, hi sorry to say but pilex tab and ointment has no role on spider veins. in fact there are no medications or creams for spider veins. all you can do is *elevation of the legs over 2-3 pillows when resting*walking with compression bandage on* regular mobilisation *avoid prolong standing / conti.sitting in crossed legs*avoid trauma or injury to that portion. * avoid tobacco / smoking in any form * keep your BP and blood sugar under control. Hope this clears your query, thanks regards dear would like to help in future on any further issues. Bye take care
