What is the medication for boil on my body?

HI. I have a repeated boil problem, its not the first time its flared up but it is xmas eve and im in pain and no gps. I do have all sorts of ointments in my bathroom but i dont know which one will have been prescribed for the boil. Could you help? Its erm, down below, and VERY sore :(

Boils or pyoderma repeatedly occurring may be due to poor immunity or internal diseases like diabetes mellitus. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Oral antibiotic, local antibiotic cream and immune boosters may improve and prevent the disease.
