What Is The Medication For Boil On My Body?

HI. I have a repeated boil problem, its not the first time its flared up but it is xmas eve and im in pain and no gps. I do have all sorts of ointments in my bathroom but i dont know which one will have been prescribed for the boil. Could you help? Its erm, down below, and VERY sore :(
