Hello, I am doing some research for a health class on the topic of masturbation for teen males. It is unclear to me what is considered too much masturbation and what is considered a healthy limit to masturbate per week/ month. I also do not understand how it can affect someones hormones and since I am researching teens whose bodies are still developing and not fully grown yet, can it affect this developement and growth of someone if they were to masturbate multiple times every day as apposed to someone who never masturbates.
