What Is The Ideal Weight Of A 4 Month Old Infant?

Hello! My baby is late preterm born on 35.6 weeks and weighed 2.46kg.. She is on her 4 th month and weighs 4.96 kg now. I feed her 7 times a day with 4-5hours gap. And after Her last feed she sleeps for 9 hours at a stretch. Is it okay if she sleeps at a stretch without a feed in between? And Is her weight correct for a 4 month baby?

ideal weight for a 4 month old baby girl is around 5-8 kg and as your baby born at 36th week and birth weight was just 2.46 kg i would say her growth is good and normal
normally a baby doubles his birth weight at the age of 6 months , your baby has already doubled her birth weight in 4 months so there should be no concern about it

if baby is sleeping well without any irritation and disturbance , it is good and there must be no problem , whenever she will feel hungry she will wake up and cry , keep tracking her growth and keep feeding her well

finally i would suggest you to see a pediatrician for routine check up of your baby
