What Is The Ideal Inflammatory Colitis Diet?

Could you forward me a link or pdf for basic ulcer diet? I have had 3 gastric surgeries, and have 1/3 stomach and was just diagnosed with another ulcer. I also have inflammatory colitis. I would like to know the foods to avoid. Just fyi- I am currently drinking 2 Ensure daily minimum for the calories and nutrition. I eat small meals but frequently, approximately every 2 hours. Any assistance would be appreciated.
