Hi. This is david, i noticed a cut in starting of my butt crack and it bleeds sometime when i wipe it. Yesterday i came frm a 21 hr flight. Means sitting all the time and now i got something like a pimple but imside the but. I can touch and feel it tht its not normal its hard. Can u please help me

This is definitely a cellulitis due to infection in the skin breech which is already there .
You need to start antibiotic cover immediately if you do not want this to progress to an abscess.
