What Is The Difference Between Fondaparinux Subcutaneous And Rivaroxaban?

I need better information about blood clot? why i was recently gotten out of hospital after they claimed I have blood clot that caused my right leg swollen also appeared in chest that caused coughs my question is to find out what is different between fondaparinux subcutaneous and Rivarexaban (I am taking xeratlo now) I am skeptical because blood clot was started on my right let they said could be related to genetic blood clot not apart of surgery
