What Is The Dark Rough Patches Of Skin On Boot Feet?

Hi. I have dark rough patches of skin on the fronts of booth feet. The first was on my left foot and when touched makes a tingling feeling around my toe area. And now a second has appeared in the same place on my right foot. any ideas what this might be? Thank you

Thank you for posting on HCM
From your description, it seems you have got Tinea pedis, a sort of fungal skin infection.
I would recommend you consult a dermatologist for proper management.
I generally recommend proper course of oral antifungal drug like fluconazole / itraconazole along with local application of sertaconazole or luliconazole cream over affected areas.
Take oral antihistaminics for itching as required.
