Hi,

If your stomach is sensitive to cold and hot meals and other foods/drinks you mention, it means that your stomach is giving signals that cannot tolerate them. This is a normal and great sign for you to avoid such foods.

Having a thick tongue could be related to dehydration, for which should take more water.

If no improvement, should consult an ENT specialist and run further examinations (mouth swab culture for candida) and get appropriate treatment.

At the end, I remind to get a good oral hygiene.

All the best!
