Since the nerves supplying the arm also supply nerves to the shoulder chest and the jaw, the brain sometimes perceives this pain as coming from these areas as well. So I dont think you need to worry, just wait for the injury to settle. However since the distribution is typical to a cardiac event, I would suggest you test an EKG just to be on the safer side.
