What Is The Correct Dosage Of Erceflora Tablets For Diarrhea?

HI yesterday I had diaorrhea and I ve been told to take two capsules 3 times daily of erceflora... however I am now reading on the leaftet not to exceed the dose of 3 capsules daily... should i continue to take 2 capsules or I should reduce them to one capsule x 3 daily. thanks
