What Is The Clear Bubble On The White Of My Eye?

I have a clear bubble on the white of my eye. Been there 7 days, and it hurts when I blink. I have eye allergies and put pataday in my eyes every morning this time of year. Will this go away by itself?

Stats:

I'm 43 years old, female, 5 ft 5 inches, 160 lbs, high blood pressure that's treated with medication.
