General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms are most likely caused by urinary tract infection or urinary tract stones. Especially if you have also frequent urinating, lower abdominal pain and there is a trace of blood in the urine.
Some uterine or vaginal infection is also possible.
I suggest you to visit a doctor and have urine analysis at first. In case of infection, antibiotic should be prescribed.
You should also consult gynecologist.
In a meanwhile please increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
