What Is The Cause Of The Hurt In The Shoulder?

Hi, I woke up two days ago with my shoulder hurting. As far as I know I had done nothing to it. Later that morning the room would spin when I put my head down or leaned my head back. My neck does not feel great; I have had problems with my neck in the past. Could my neck have caused both problems or something else?

Hi,

The location and movement of a pain gives clues as to what is going on. and the pattern of the shoulder pain and where it hurts to press on would be key points. Shooting out from the neck down the shoulders and moving the neck being a trigger is typical for a pinched nerve. Pain in the muscles only would generally not be a serious condition. I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, those would be some guidelines.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
