General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
HI, I understand your concern. - At 35 weeks of pregnancy, the baby attains full growth. The pain you feel is partly due to stretching of uterus & of course due to uterine wall stimulation as the baby moves . Baby has got average length of about 16 cm by now. So it can reach both ends of uterus in spite of entering maternal pelvis. to cause pressure/ pain in the area. - So, the symptoms you have are within normal limits. Avoid physical/psychological stress.,eat light nutritious diet, take sufficient rest, continue walking for 20-30 minutes at medium pace, get regular pregnancy check up weekly done. Be positive & wait for the happiest day when you will meet your baby! Thanks.
