What Is The Cause Of Pain In My Arm When I Eat?

lately everytime i eat my left side starts to hurt including my arm. now i have been waking up in the middle of the night with heart pain. before this all occured my abdomen hurt bad. i usally standup when i eat idont know if its due to that or something else.please help

The possibilities could be a cardiac problem or gastritis.

I would advise you to visit a physician at the earliest and get an ECG done to rule out a cardiac problem.

Once that is ruled out you can be assured that your symptoms might be due to gastritis. But first, visit a doc as soon as possible........
