What Is The Cause Of Odourless Black Stools?

I had gastro infection which was cured, now week has passed & iam passing odourles tarry black stools for last 3 days.i am on antibiotic zifi-lbx+ 200 for external toe injury & also i am diabitic.so what could be the cause of odourless black stools.

I read carefully your query!
If you had black stools (I mean black black like pitch,coal tar not only darker than usually) you need to consult as soon as you can with a doctor.
In medical language it is called Melena and it is a form of gastrointestinal bleeding,probably coming from upper gastrointestinal tract,stomach.
It can be due to the antibiotics you are taking,If they have caused gastritis,or a gastro-duodenal ulcera.(I repeat only if your stools are black black)
The Diabetes complicate things.

I suggest you to see a doctor soon.
