What Is The Cause Of Numbness After I Move My Shoulder In A Certain Way?
Hello my name is Austin and I ve played football around 8 years. And I ve been noticing here lately that if I move my shoulder and arm in a fast movement in a certain way it makes a ripping noise and them goes numb for around 3 minutes. Then afterwards it feels really sore and loose. Could you explain why?
