What Is The Cause Of Frequent Urge To Have A Bowel Movement?

I feel like I have been punched in the upper part of my belly and it is worse when eat. I also have the urge to have a bowel movement all the time but I don't go when I try, when I do go I am not constipated or have any struggle. What is going on with my body?

mainly like peptic ulcer, gastritis, Disorders of Pancreas or Disorders of gall bladder or liver, etc. I suggest yo undergo and ultrasound examination and endoscopy to know the actual cause.
